About The Artist
Who is this person?
Janna Howell graduated in 1981 from Humboldt State University with a degree in Theater Arts. After a brief foray into costuming and then burning out on sewing as a hobby, she turned to decoupage after stumbling upon a box her grandmother had done in the 1960s.
With cuticle scissors in hand, Janna has launched a one-woman crusade to rescue decoupage from the Clutches of Cutesy in which it has been mired for decades.
