How to Place a Custom Order

Janna can create a completely personalized work for you.

This is the order form and policies page. To sumbit an order, fill out the form below. For examples and information about Custom Boxes, see the Custom Designs page. If you would like additional photos of anything on this website, I would be happy to email them to you.

Custom Order Inquiry Form

Making a custom box is an intensive process. To initiate the process, please fill out the questions below. After receiving your inquiry, Janna will set up an appointment to discuss more details over the phone with you. Once all the details are set, Janna will send you a detailed commission agreement with payment schedule for your signature.

Policies

Ready made items must be paid in full before shipment. If you are not 100% satisfied, you may return the item to me for a full refund.

Custom orders require a 1/3 nonrefundable deposit at the initial order. You will receive a progress report after all the paper images have been glued to the box and before I start the varnishing. If this is acceptable another 1/3 payment is then due, with the final third payment due at completion. All change orders or cancellations must be made in writing.

Shipping

Shipping is via FedEx. Alas, I must charge Washington state residents sales tax. However, if you live in the Seattle area or within a reasonable driving distance, I may be able to arrange delivery myself.

Q. What are the boxes made out of?
A. The boxes are sturdily made of pine and/or MDF (medium density fiberboard).

Q. How many photos can I submit?
A. You can submit up to five photos of your choice or you can send more and let me decide. You may also provide any text or poem in be included in the design.

Q. Will I get a progress report?
A. Yes, after I have finished the actual decoupage of all the images, I will email you some photos before I start the varnishing process. Feel free to contact me anytime.
