How to Place a Custom Order

To order a custom box, or for any inquiries, please fill out the questions below. Once all the details are set, Janna will send you a detailed commission agreement with payment schedule.

Policies

Ready made items must be paid in full before shipment. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for whatever reason upon receiving it, please contact me within 30 days. I will accept a return of the item in its original condition. You will need to pay the return shipping expenses. Please contact me first before returning any items. Once I have received and inspected the item, I will refund the full purchase amount.

Custom orders require a $75 deposit at the initial order. When all the paper designs have been glued to the box I will email you some photos for your approval. I can make any changes at this time before I start the varnishing. If this is acceptable the remaining payment is then due, including shipping. Completed custom orders are refundable. You must pay return shipping, however.

Shipping

Shipping price quotes you see on this website are high estimates. Depending on where you live, your cost may differ. I will refund any difference. Shipping is via US Postal Service. Once the package is out of my hands and in the hands of the postal service, I cannot be held responsible for what may happen to it, including lost or damaged packages. If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact me and I will do my best to repair the item or offer you a refund.



I will ship international. Please be aware that there may be a customs fee added to your package by your country’s customs office. Sorry, but I have no control or responsibility over these fees.

Q. What are the boxes made out of?
A. The boxes are sturdily made of pine and/or MDF (medium density fiberboard).

Q. Can I submit more than one photo?
A. Yes, you can. The upright-style boxes can have one of each side, but they are all flexible. We can discuss anything. You may also provide any text or poem in be included in the design.

Q. Will I get a progress report?
A. Yes, after I have finished the actual decoupage of all the images, I will email you some photos before I start the varnishing process. Feel free to contact me anytime.
